## What Pinchy Is
Pinchy is a self-hosted enterprise platform for deploying autonomous AI agents on your own infrastructure. Built on the OpenClaw engine, it adds the control layer companies need: plugin-based permissions, role-based access control, audit trails, and cross-channel workflows.

- **Self-hosted & fully offline**: Docker Compose deployment. With local models (Ollama, llama.cpp), no data ever leaves your server. No internet required.
- **Plugin architecture**: Raw agent tools (shell exec, file access, API calls) are wrapped in plugins with configuration and authorization layers. Agents get scoped capabilities, not raw access.
- **RBAC**: Define who can use which agents, what each agent can do, and what each plugin is allowed to call.
